Spring at Howe Foot
March 24, 2012 Category :News 0
Spring is just a wonderful time of the year in the Lake District and it is my favourite of all the seasons. The days are getting longer, the birds are constantly singing and everything is coming to life again once again. We are busy in the garden at present as we have had a very wet winter and we have not been able to get on the garden to do any maintenance for several months. Now we are having a massive catch up session as there is a lot to sort! We even got the grass mown yesterday so what a treat it is to have that looking so neat and tidy!
Bookings are starting to come through for the months ahead and I am keeping the cost of your stay as last year so hope that you will take advantage of the savings. The cost of short stays remain with a three night stay at £240 but a four night stay is £300, saving you £20. Every little helps as I am sure you will agree. Howe Foot is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay and many previous guests are due to return again this year and I look forward to welcoming them.
The Wifi that I was sorting out last month with my lovely IT Specialist is now up and running which I am sure most of my guests will be delighted about. Now you will be able to look at the local weather forecast on a daily basis and also look up places to visit etc. I am always here to help you and give you some advice on what to do and where to eat as well and there are all the latest Tourist brochures in the cottage for you.
The availability calendar is always up to date, so please check that out to see if I can help you with your booking at Howe Foot, which is as always a very Special Place to Stay.
